I kinda thought he'd be in 'cuz they referenced him in the last game. I've been surprised before, tho.
Can't say % wise but I really hope he makes it in.
He's one of my favorite 3D era characters and he would definitely fit into this entry.
If there was gonna be one deception character it must be him for sure hes fucking awesome.
