I don;t really care for them much, especially after their terrible redesigns in Armageddon: what the hell was that?

They should fuse Meat and Chameleon into one character.

Bio: Shang Tsung's failed experiment, Meat escaped and fled. Shang Tsung's experimentation left him mad and he believes that he is everyone and no one. He believes that he can morph into anyone, so he begins to call himself Chameleon. The other warrior's soon begin to realize that although Meat is insane, his claims may not entirely by lies........

His powers would be related to blood, but if he gets his opponent's blood on his skin, he will be able to mimic their powers, and their appearance. Shinnok begins to notice this and recruits him in the brotherhood of shadow. He gives him a gifted curse in the form of augmented power . He enhances Meat's power by enchanting his Meat Cleaver so that he can hold a more appealing form. Everytime he makes someone bleed with his meat cleaver, he can hold a form he calls Chameleon. In this form he has the ability to copy people's moves. The catch is, that the Meat Cleaver will not work against Shinnok, and if he doesn't get his blood fix, he reverts back to his original form, Meat, but he is more angry and agitated as meat, like a violent junkie looking for a fix.

This could then lead to the variation's. Meat: which is a more grappler/wrestling character with the Meat appearance, and it;s the only variation that uses the Meat Cleavers. Chameleon: which is a reinvented chameleon look, with powers from other character's but a Crane based fighting style. and finally, Monster: This would be an in between state, where he looks like Chameleon, but with Meat's face in a hood. This would have more brawler type attributes, with one or two special moves.

Fatality:

1. He pulls out a cleaver and cuts off the oppenents head and drinks the dripping blood. He then morphs into them and tosses their head off screen.

2. Uses the Meat cleaver to slice into their stomach. He then puts his hands in the wound and rips off their skin.

Khameleon could work in MKX as sort of unlockable character, whose variations are styles of Kitana, Mileena and Jade. Of course, it should be used only if at least to of them are not present in MKX.


Why? I think Khameleon received rather decent design, not really unique, but true to her roots. A bit generic, but she is generic incarnated, so it kind of fits. The same goes for Chameleon, though his look was even MORE generic.

Chameleon deserves more love. In fact, he actually got a mention in one of Reptile's pre-battle quotes in MKX. This might mean we haven't seen the last of him. Also, Khameleon makes a small cameo in the mobile version on IOS as part of Reptile's support card. That should also confirm that she's no longer a console exclusive character if you know what I'm talking about.

It would be cool if Reptile's ending was canon and that was, in fact, Khameleon that he was bowing to. No reason why it couldn't be.

Bring them back with something like their MK Armageddon designs. Make them a tag-team fighter like Noob Smoke, spread out the moves they copy but with unique twists on them, and make them twins or cousins or something. Maybe there's some weird reason why they copy shit from their ninja counterparts.

For all the griping about the palette swaps, these two are definitely the worst of the lot.
Yeah, Khameleon has something resembling a backstory but nothing's been done with it in twenty years. It's clear the developers have all but washed their hands of them.

I totally forgot about those two!! I had a blast playing with Khameleon and Chameleon lol on Armageddon. Back on them ps2 days i became interested with them when i found out they had the powers of other ninjas but....i just forgot about them after a while cuz you never hear about them

The only Saurian i wish seeing return to MK whether it be dlc or comics is Khameleon. Chameleon never seemed like he had any agenda or path in life lol. Thr only thing i womder is how are they going to "fit" Khameleon in MKX if all the female ninjas are there but Jade and Skarlet are missing?
