If the game is optimized, your I3 should be just fine.
Also, look into overclocking, that is very easy now days.
But more importantly, which graphics card do you have?



If you look at the Xbox One specifications, you will see that it has a cheap 1.75Ghz AMD CPU. Games can be optimized more easy for consoles, so they can run on such low end hardware.

If Mortal Kombat X have no chance of running because of your I3 2130, Netherrealm did a very poor job with Mortal Kombat X on PC.

Bottom line, you are a bit under the minimum specs.

You might get lucky and the game runs fine on the lowest setting.
