I don't really like female fighters, maybe 2,3 for color and that's all. Women are weak.
I don't see why you aren't banned. You literally only post trash like this to try and get a rise out of people. I'm guessing you think trolling is witty or makes you stand out, but in reality all it does is make you look like a tool and derail the topic. Please, just stop.

He used to be a quality poster once upon a time,
I'm guessing his 11 year old brother has taken over his account
"Pray for the Kahn's Mercy"

It's our fault for interacting with him. Or something #modlogic

Women are weak.
You will learn respect!
Character slots should not be wasted on the following female characters; Sonya (Cassie & Johnny are enough + no character development = uniteresting), Tanya (bland & uninteresting), Li Mei (see Tanya), Frost (see Li Mei), Nitara (see Frost), Kira (see Nitara), Skarlet (see Kira), and Jade (dead & one revived female character = enough).
The only female fighters still left unannounced should be Mileena, Sareena, and a new fighter. I am hoping Sonya is killed by Kano in the comics and Sheeva dies in the Netherrealm war or the civil war in Outworld. I am down with having her as DLC later on. I'm also OK with either Kitana or Sindel returning (not both) and on the condition that whichever one returns does QC's bidding since it makes sense for him to revive a powerful former foe as his ally.

It all comes down to opinion, man. There are plenty of people who would love to see the characters you listed as wasted character slots. Just like I would love to see Fujin, i'm sure there a lot of people who feel like he would be a wasted character slot as well. Maybe it is time for a female reveal, out of the 11 characters revealed so far only two are female not counting Ferra.
I can see the reasoning behind why some want to see a female instead. I'm personally indifferent, I just want to see some new footage.
Off topic, just to warn you guys, Boon said the video might come out tomorrow and it's gonna reveal a new character + Kung Lao.
Already being discussed here http://www.mortalkombatonline.com/content/forum/showmessage.cds?id=154011&page;=10

Hey, mate. Can u take a pic from where it talks about the Living Tower?
Like the other fighters, Kung Lao has a range of standard strokes (like spinning and the Divekick), who are slightly modified in each of his variations (like throwing the hat) and others that are specific to each fighting style.
TEMPEST (Visual change: Laminated hat)
Most offensive variation, to keep you upon in the adversary all the time. Kung can throw the hat up and down and has a special move in which the hat keeps spinning around him. This can protect him from a projectile or other things, as long as it is in front of him in the time of the impact. Looks like a defensive move, but it feels more like a thing to overbalance the opponent with mix of strokes in the corner.
That's what I wanted to hear!
Amigo, segue os links, não posso postar em melhor qualidade porque não tenho a revista. Se você puder traduzir algo que possa ser interessante pra compartilhar com o pessoal eu aprecio. Meu inglês é péssimo.

On my birthday?? Fingers crossed that you are right because that would be FREAKIN' SWEET as Peter Griffin would say.
Props to MINION for making this sig.

I've never seen a non-assholeish comment from him.
It seems like there's more info, but we don't have all of the images yet. A friend of mine will buy the mag and I'll ask him to take pics and I'll update this thread if necessary. Here are the pics:

Besides Kung Lao, we had acess to a brand new stage. Apparently, it looks like a fance(d) area, with a portal in the middle --something that seems to be obligatory in every MK. The curious thing is that some Tarkatans actually come out of this portal, killing or taking humans inside of it. Have we seen something we shouldn't? "Maybe this is a hint to something in the Story Mode", says Derek Kirtzic. "We wanted to show this stage to provoke speculation. The fans look up for every detail in anything, and it's nice to see some of the conclusions they end up with."
[There's something written below Baraka's pic but I can't see it so here goes what I can read]
[...]with an excellent Story Mode and the great Challenge Tower, that brings us to a lot of bizarre situations, changing the normal fights. With such a vast and well received content, how could that be expanded? Mixing that with online features.
The Story Mode, actually, doesn't seem to be nothing to do with online system --We didn't get any information, besides that "solo mode (ladder? idk) will be bigger than MK9", in Boon's words. But the rest of the game uses online features to delivery ideias totally new to the genre, something that's becoming tradition in the series.
The Challenge Tower now becomes the Living Towers. They're smaller, with 5 to 10 fights per tower, but the ideia is the same of before: they represent a sequency of fights with a lot of variations. In each fight can have bombs falling off the sky, meteors and even ice (that freezes who gets hit). There's acid rain that makes damage constantly and also the Portal Kombat, that changes the fighters' places. Received Coordinates locks a target in one of the characters and after a while shoots a laser from sky, but you can avoid it in the last second (and bring the enemy closer to the local impact).
The Accelerated Mode let things really fast (orly) and that changes the frames properties of animation, allowing impossible combos that you can't do in normal fights --the same goes to the Gravity Variation. It's more than 100 variations, and this time they can be combined in one single fight. It looks like one challenge can have 7 variations or even more!
Right, but that would be just a slight evolution from what we've already seen. The biggest difference is, as the name suggests, the towers are alive and updated online with different challenges. There's 3 towers, the smaller is updated within few hours, the other changes everyday, and there's a special one, for longer events, with commemorative dates themes. They connect online automatically and bring the newer version of the challenges to your game. This idea is great for everyone. Hardcore fans will always have something new to play, and people who don't want to play online battles will continue to have reasons to play the game after the Story Mode. And Netherralm Studios keeps the community active, talking about the game and supporting each other.
When you finish the challenges, you are awarded with "some prizes", besides experience points and points for your faction. We still don't know what you do with these XP points, but what we understand is that there are indeed 2 different types of points. During our presentation it was kinda implicit that we will be able to play with variations with other game modes (multiplayer?), adding a lot of them in a fight, for example, but that's not officialy confirmed.

BUZZSAW (Visual change: Hat with razor edges)
(this part I can't see what it says)
[...] is more indicated to who wants to have control of space in battle. All the moves are to keep the opponent away. The hat can be throw to up direction and it keeps there, protecting your aerial field - if you want the hat to go back, a space bar is used (I think they're talking about stamina bar or the X-Ray bar, it consumes one bar). The horizontal hat throw is very slow, allowing Kung Lao to keep behind the hat moving towards the enemy and and then jump to fill the lower or upper part of the screen, for example.
HAT-TRICK (Visual change: Glowing symbol on the cloth)
A variation for the tricky players, that can be smart and think fast during kombat. The main point is that the hat can be thrown to many directions and it keeps there until you call it back, at any time. Nice for traps, like letting the enemy get closer to you and then hit his back with the hat.
Thanks for the user DivahMah for the images.
Whaddaya know?
There's a Mileena render.
Thanks!

I can't wait to see more of the new Portal stage.
