As of right now, it appears Lin Kuei will win the war. But the fact that it has the most members make me think they will win many, many MANY wars to come. I original thought that, as example, if you win, you give two points to your faction, but if you lose, you faction losses a point. But if the faction war point can only go up, then the Lin Kuei, which clearly has the most members, is going to end up winning many wars. If anyone can think of someway to make it more balanced, I suggest maybe tweeting at a developer.

Yeah add the Shirai Ryu as a faction, ill make sure we win :)
Seriously though idk how they can get around it, I thought they originally said just having more members in a faction wouldn't automatically mean that faction would win but it sure seems that way lol

There will be people who change factions just to get all their trophies, but who knows if that will be enough. I hope NRS do something to encourage people to switch it up every now and then.

They need to make it so the LK members don't get as much faction points per win and stuff.

I thought the devs had this worked out.
The simple solution is to base points earned per faction members overall.
If Lin Kuie has 100 members they get 1 point per win.
If Special forces only has 10 members then give them 10 points per win.
Factions are never going to work out if the member amount is the driving force behind who wins overall.

I don't recall this but hopefully this is true. But if it were, I don't think the Special Forces would be so far behind.

This is going to get fixed. They're probably waiting for the people joint the factions to settle down before they set the base points and normalize the scoring.

Loki just think it's odd how they made scorpion the face of mkx (game cover and advertisements) and he didn't even get his own faction implemented in the game.
