No, the voice acting in the last game was ass. We have a better script and better actors this time. Hallelujah

As long as they didn't change Kitana and Mileenas voice actress (which they didn't) I'm golden.

Johnny and Sonya are supposed to be in theirs 50s during that video. Their voices should represent that.

I hate JC & he will always be that gay character to me. Doesn't matter who voices him. Sonya seems fine.

Not really, one of the things I noticed in the Cage family trailer was that the voice acting seems to be much better than MK9's, and that's a plus in my book.

I'm not sure, but Sonya's voice actress sounds the same, right? Anyway, Jeff Pilson did a great job as Cage in MK9 and I'm a little bummed to see him go, but with Cage's seeming importance in MKX's story mode, I can't be bothered.

The guy doing the voice of Johnny Cage sounds like the guy from Hawaii Five O who does the voice of Johnny Gat on the Saints Row games.

Johnny definitely sounds different to me. Sonya, I'm honestly not sure. But the fact that the animations are so on point this time helps majorly. MK9 was like double whammy.

I wasn't aware they got new actors. The voice actress for Sonya sounded like the one from the previous two games, so I just assumed it was her.

Johnny's new voice is better in my opinion.

Oh, I've heard enough "I guess I'll have to do this the hard way"s and "Mission Accomplished"s in my lifetime to tell you, for sure, that Sonya's voice has changed.

Whoever's voicing her now, they're giving her a much grimmer, more ominous voice compared to MK9's more "girly", angry-yet-bouncy manner of speaking. You could never picture this one going "YEESS!!" after a throw. I think both are appropriate from when they were cast, so I'm very happy with this new voice. The mood of this game does feel much darker in comparison, so toning down the pitch is a sound decision (HAHAGETIT?!?!)

Johnny's vocal shift is a lot less subtle. Step up, for sure. This voice is very distinct. MK9 Johnny's voice was suitable enough, but could belong to any frat boy and you wouldn't blink an eye haha.

I guess they both grew up a bit. Having your friends and allies slaughtered and trudging through bad writing will do that to ya...

I need more dialouge to stand by Johnny's new voice actor. I'm a big fan of the previous one. It was jarring, at first to hear some one else speak for johnny but I think with time and personal undoubtable excitement this guy will turn out okay.

I think the voice actor for Johnny Cage in this game is Casper Van Diem. He's the actor who played Johnny Cage in MK Legacy 2. I could be wrong but they sound similar.

Yeah that's what I thought at first about Kitana voice actress. But it'd her, she just gave Kitana a hint of an accent now. It reminds me a bit of Jades accent in MK9. Makes sense since she's got Jade as a variation.
