None that I can think of. I can remember that the PC port will be outsourced to another developer and that is it.

The next gen consoles are being developed by Netherrealm studios. the ps3 and xbox 360 versions are being ported by Voltage to release alongside nextgen. They have not yet announced the team behind the PC port. my guess it will come out a few months after console launch. Until they announce any pc specifics that is all we know.

Could there be better port in terms of graphics for the pc because of the greater power they have over consoles ?

generally speaking; the PC port can be the best graphically; but the options menu could be trashy. Hoping it releases the same day as everything else; but seems most pc games with console counterparts release a couple months after.

As a PC gamer myself I am saddened by the lack of news for the PC version of this game.

Yes, but your PC has to have the hardware specification to play at the higher graphics settings.

It'll be on Steam, some sites do have the PC version up for preorder, and it requires a Steam account.

I hope they do announce something soon. I am getting both the PC and the PS4 versions.

As of right now, MKX isn't appearing on Steam for preorder.

I'd be soo upset if the PC Port doesn't come out the same time the Consoles release does.

They really need to engage us in online play especially on the PC version of the game, like battle.net, because of the piracy. If you can get exclusive online modes that really engage you, you won't pirate the game, you'll buy it right away. I hope they thought this really good.

Though I have no idea how credible this source is. It does list required specs of your system... but again- I have no idea how accurate that information is. The specs seem low to me- or my PC will be way above the recommended.

I do remember MK 9 from greenmangaming.com before it even appeared on Steam, although it appeared the second of its release on steam, but like a week before on GMG.

MKX is already on GMG and I think had the same date as consoles for release.

I'm in the PC boat as well. Will be bummed if we do not get a day one release and may even invest in a PS4 if I have to.

I'd be interested to know the 'spec requirements'. I just recently got Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection for PC off of Steam and it runs great on my laptop.

I kind of doubt it would run games featuring modern graphics or that it would run them very well at least, compared to old school 2D sprite games like MK1-3. This is my first time playing a game on PC.

My PS3 recently stopped reading discs so my options for MKX are replacing it, upgrading to a PS4 or PC. If I can get a decent gaming computer for somewhere in the same range as a PS4 I'm thinking it might be a way better investment but I dunno. Need more advice and to do more research.
