Wow that sucks I feel bad if it's true for people with last gen

Ouch. Luckily I am getting it on PS4 but I do feel bad for those were who planning on getting a last gen version on the 14th.

My condolences go out to all of them. Not sure if this is confirmation or not but this is the closest thing I think people will get to one until somebody from NRS addresses this rumor.

Yikes! It does make sense though, since NRS has basically just finalized the game themselves and the other team will need to do their own wrap-up work.

Some major stores here in Brazil are pre-ordering MKX as well but the release date (even for PS4) is 04/30... don't know if it's in every store tho.

NRS developed the game for next gen hardware. They're handing the porting duties to another studio.

High voltage is working on ps3, 360

Well NRS is only working on the current generation editions. A whole different company is making the PS3 and Xbox360 editions.

This is kinda shitty.... I mean they are saying since Goro announcement that every platform will be available on April 14th... if there's a delay they should at least say something about it, not wait until closer release date to drop that bomb to last gen players, that's gonna make them maaaaaad.

Though I really doubt it last gen MKX will still be a shell of a game that MKX for next gen is in comparison.

I don't honestly see how it will all be worth it in the end. If its true, then all previous gen users are gonna have to suffer for 2 more months and also try to avoid spoilers since you know this place and game sites are gonna be throwing everything about the game all over the place.

Maybe they haven't announced it officially because they're scrambling to get it done in time. It'd be folly to speak too fast and take the bad press for announcing a delay and then have everything turn out okay, instead of waiting another couple weeks to be sure that it's going to be late.

I wonder how much they'll wait before making the official announcement.

As a Ps3 owner, I'm fucking pissed. As someone else stated, it sucks to wait untill a month before release to annouce this when the release date has been set in April for a year.

I hate feeling like I'm being rushed into buying a ps4. That's ok, I can make dick moves too. I'll just borrow or rent a Ps4. I'll buy one when I'm good and ready.

As soon as MKX was announced you should of been saving up or running to your local gameshop.

You've had more than enough time you've simply procrastinated up until this point. You literally have no excuse.

It's been out for a little over one year, not that long. I haven't procrastinated anything. Up untill now, I have had no reason to buy a ps4. It offers nothing that I want besides slightly better graphics. To me it's not worth another 400 bucks to pay for something I technically already have.

You make it sound like gamers are under obligation to go buy a console the moment it comes out.
