He could be like Pichu in Super Smash Bros: Melee, in that he hurts himself with his own powers. He could be a bumbling fool in general, accidently teleporting right next to his opponents instead of behind them, falling at the end of his torpedo (which, if KT nails his opponent, results in him landing head-first on their crotch, dealing extra damage).

For one of his fatalities, he does what his father did before him: blow himself up by accident. For the other, he uppercuts his opponent, blowing them up. The opponent's head then lands on top of his own, and he gets showered in the opponent's remains.

X-Ray: charges up lightning and launches three big bolts. Only two of them hit the opponent, followed by the X-Ray sequence of their electrocution, while the last one flies off-screen and then reappears behind him, propelling him onto the opponent's head that he hit with his butt.

As for his story, two possibilities: one is that Raiden once did the deed with a female Earth warrior, and without knowing it, impregnated her. The other is that he's one of the guys seen in Raiden's MK9 ending.
