Also Cassie as baby fighter really doesn't make much sense lol, maybe Sonya could be used as Cassies model in the storymode so you can fight a bit as Cassie...uhm I meant Sonya with Cassies abilities. As long as they don't waste a spot on Sonya.

As for Mr.Cage, I hope he's a god now like he is in all his freaking endings... and that means he doesn't age.

Kung Lao and Kabal & Co are dead, so they should stay dead, but that's my opinion. I love the characters but they should sit X out.

If a character appears in Story Mode as young, and then later after some time has passed as old, then yeah, I'd like that. It's the same with Shang Tsung in MK9, though it was the other way around. :P

Why would age-based alts automathically mean certain characters would return? Good god, fans really can reach.

And when did I suggest a baby alt for Cassie? Of course she wouldn't have an age-based alt, either old or (too much) younger, unless her older self from an even farther future travel back in time, or she's aged prematurely.

But what the hell, since you brought up the dead human characters, even if they return but stay undead (as in, don't return as they were prior to death), maybe we could have a Ancient Kombatant DLC pack. Old Stryker, old Kabal, old Kung Lao, etc.

Mr. Ed Boon said in an interview that we will get to see some characters age as the story moves back and forth in time and get new perspective, so yeah age based variations would definitely benefit it by adding more variety.

On the topic of characters having alt costumes in arcade ladder: I was bummed too from MK9 that it didnt let arcade ladder opponents to be in alt costumes. And since they did added this feature in Injustice, it's very likely that MKX will have it as well.

If it makes sense then yea, I mean I'd hate for human characters like Cage and Sonya to look exactly the same 25 years later.

It would be cool to see the Cybernetic characters become more advanced, or maybe to see someone like Jax slowly lose there humanity as he relies more and more on Cybernetics.

Jax sucks (sorry, personal opinion), and also he is as good as dead, don't really think he will make it.
If a human characters deserves to come back, older, meaner and with more cybernetics, thats definitely Kano.

Having the AI have alts is a given. See how it was done in Injustice, the AI would randomly have one of the alts that you have for that character. So yeah, doubt in my mind they're adding that in MKX. It annoys me to this day that MK9 didn't have that, or an update for it.

Yeah I'm expecting age-based alts with characters that are around for that long, but their age should not reflect their gameplay. So many balancing issues would surface because of a costume change and that is just unnecessary.

I was using him as an example, it could be him, Kano, any of the Cyborgs, or a new character. I think it would be more interesting for either Jax or Kano since they are more human though.

And don't forget The MK teams love affair with Jax.
