I could see them making it an extended x-ray portion just being very gory looking, lots of blood,broken bones then afterwards pull back and the victim still laid out and showing said damage(head twisted backwards,joints completely hyper extended,eyes gouged out,bones penetrating through the flesh..etc) from a non x-ray view

I am almost a 100% sure its going to be Animalities this time around, Ed has hinted it a few times on his twitter, find that picture with a cat and a green ball.

I'm pretty sure that Napalm1980 meant to say, "variation". Having a specific fatality for each of the characters variations would be sweet.
Atop those, include the Stage Fatality and either Brutalities, Animalities, Hara-Kiris or Friendships.

What about the return of Hara Kiris? I thought it was funny to try to rob the victor of his fatality by killing yourself first.

I think brutalities are pointless, now that we have x-rays. I really hope they're not a finishing move in MKX. For Trilogy, there wasn't a lot of tech backing up that game, so a super fast combo followed by the same explosion for every character was an easy road to take. With new-gen tech behind MKX, there is no reason we can't have something unique and visually stimulating for every character's finisher.

The Brutalities ending with an X-Ray or a third fatality would be nice.

I'd rather have Scorpion give Sub-Zero a flower over him turning into a penguin, laying an egg, and blowing up Sub-Zero. I hated Animalities back then, and I really don't want them to return.

My vote is for Brutalities, and Friendships.

Animalities are better when they serve as character specific fatalities. Like Liu turning into the dragon. Other than that it gets a little too OTT.

Friendships are perfect because they'll have the same "awwww! how adorbs!" element that babalities had in MK9 without having to go off the rails nuts. Animalities I could see getting really, really...stupid.

I did not care for the Hari-Kiris, but if they were to make it really awesome looking, I'll give it a go and say yes. I just don't want them to be as stupid as they were in Deception. Like almost all of them were just plain dumb to look at.

Hara-Kiris were dumb. Why should the loser be rewarded? They lost, they deserve to get finished by the winner.

I do like Animalities because they are completely ridiculous, much like a lot of things in MK. But if I had to pick I'd say Friendships. Brutalities are flat out retarded, Babalities were already done, and Animalities would probably get redundant.

So by process of elimination, Friendships are the obvious choice. (Sidenote: Wasn't a new "Ality" confirmed?)

I'd die if the new ality is the long joked about "Sexuality".

Lmao other than Brutality and Animality I have no idea what other "Ality" they could do.

Then and only then would MK get an AO rating.

I would really love Animalities to return. I loved them as silly as they were i just always found them super cool.

I never realized so many people hated them.

I don't hate them, they're just not fitting for this game really.
