She do now ,in the new Tomb Raider gamw which will come out March 5 2013

Lara Croft doesn't fit MK, to me at least, and I say that having watched all of the trailers for the upcoming Tomb Raider game. The fact that she gets some blood on her and has to limp around doesn't mean she fits in with MK. Just my opinion though.

My top 5 would be:

5) Jago (Killer Instinct)
4) Bayonetta (Bayonetta)
3) Death (Darksiders 2)
2) Ryu Hyabusa (Ninja Gaiden / Dead or Alive)
1) Cole (Infamous) for PS3 and Marcus (Gears of War) for Xbox 360

Those would just be from other video games. Not sure about moves/TV/comics etc.

I have yet to see her get dismembered in that game with all of the trailers that they've shown.

But it's your opinion, I just don't think she fits at all in Mortal Kombat.

Blade is cool ,but i think if there can be a Marvel vs Mortal Kombat would be way perfect.

I know of crouse she will have some problem to fit in Mortal Kombat ,but you have to admit if she be in the game it will be really awesome ,she is a very icoin character in video game and i believe she can be fit into mortal kombat if NRS put on some work with her.

Sorry man, I'm just not seeing it. She fights with guns. The fact that she's an icon means little. Mario's an icon. That doesn't mean he'd fit in with MK if NRS put in some work on him.

Well you have to admit Mario is way different than Lara Croft (beside i can tell you Lara Croft is better fit than mario in Mortal Kombat)
Anyway character like Lara Croft is changeable ,she can change to another style which can fit in Mortal Kombat ,just my thought ,anyway. I would prefer Maya from Killer Instinct in mortal kombat. I don;t think Bayonetta and Ryu Hyabusa can ever be in mortal kombat since they are japanese video game characters ,i'm not sure those people will take well with Ryu Hyabusa been fatality but those other characters i think will be great for mortal kombat.

How does being a Japanese video game characters prevent them from being in the game?

The lack of anyone mentioning Isaac Clarke disturbs me.

Japanese video game characters somehow might all have some manga issuse ,Mortal Kombat is more American west culture style ,it;s kind of like Magan anime mix with Marvel comic it just don't fit at all.

Not sure if people will really want to see Dead Space character in Mortal Kombat ,if it has to be EA characters in MK ,i would pick Dante from Dante's Inferno.

Hmm, five characters, huh?
Let's see what I can come up with...

The first one is easy. Orchid from Killer Instinct. She is my favourite character of that game and Killer Instinct fits perfectly with Mortal Kombat, in my opinion. To see the two games clash together is a dream come true for me, but if I should just pick one KI character to be in MK, it would definately be Orchid.

My second choice is Cammy from Street Fighter, another one of my favourite characters. I would love to see her get an MK make-over.

Third choice is Dante from the new upcoming DmC: Devil May Cry. The reason I chose this version of Dante over his original one is because I simply think he fits in better.

Fourth character would be Alex Mercer from Prototype. SFxT gets Cole from Infamous, MK could get Alex. Prototype is just as brutal as MK and Alex's powers would be interesting to see in MK.

The last one would be Raiden from the Metal Gear series. Yes, his name would collide with the MK Raiden, I am aware of that, but as a character he would fit great in with the MK roster, in my opinion.

Yeah, if I hadn't said Jago, I would've said Orchid. She'd be my next choice from that game for sure.

I also like the choice of Cammy. Dante would be a FANTASTIC choice! I can't believe I didn't think of him!

If we're talking Metal Gear, I think I might prefer Psycho Mantis to Raiden. Not sure why, but I just get the feeling that Raiden has a lot of negative fandom attached to him.

Maybe Psycho Mantis can do a move where he pretends to give Xbox owners the red ring of death lol.

Nice of you to comment, but I just posted the ones I want, then I don't care much if others think they make sense or not.

I do like Psycho Mantis too, but I wouldn't want him in MK.

these character would fit into mk in my opinion if there were guest characters. some uses dark arts, some are asassins,some are monsters,some uses weapons. stuff that mk already has going for it.

Isaac Clarke would be a great guest character.

He's no stranger to death.
Hell, even Reptile's fatalities would work.
Costumes are no problem.

It also helps he's multiplatform.

Isaac is truly the one guest character I want in MK10. I like guest characters already, but I'd love to see Isaac make an appearance and I wouldn't care if they put another guest in or not.

I agree with Spawn, Predator and Conan.

I've been pushing for Spawn to join the MK roster for a long time. You could even bring in The Violator from Spawn as a sub boss. That would be kick ass.
