B, one of the netherrealm guys in an interview mentioned that the full cast wont be revealed by release.

Although we definitely still have 5 characters, at the minimum, to show before release. Going by the boot hint. So no more big gaps of nothing.

I just want them to show 1 Fatality per character and 1 of the Stage Fatalities!!!!!

But I want to know 75% of the roster

They can show a Chapter from Story Mode and a couple different Challenge Tower Missions

Don't show us the New/Returning Ality

Don't show us the Boss or Sub Boss

Yeah, like while I would love to know the entire roster, I wouldn't mind if they kept like 4-5 of the playable fighters quiet until release. I just want to know what I can mostly expect from the roster before I pop it in my system. But yeah, leave 5 characters quiet until release- Three returnees and maybe two new.
