I don't see what's the big problem with Sub-Zero's look. Maybe it isn't as detailed and good as Scorpion's, but it's a very nice and simple look for him. It's not 'crap' at all.

And, did anybody else see the EGM magazine cover that feautures Mortal Kombat? Sub-Zero looks fucking bad-ass in that cover, and the design looks really good. Don't know why people are complaining.

i like the looks, its classy and its what sub-zero should look like. he does look diffrent so its not like a rehash or anything. I belive if they did remade him people still would bitch about it.

Sub-Zero looks fine. Geez, what the hell is wrong with some people. Would you prefer they stripped it down to his simple MK4 attire?

And, yeah, check out how amazing Sub-Zero looks on the EGM cover. While MK:DA's outfit with the Dragon Medallion is my favorite, I see no problems with this. I don't even mind the familiar mask.

I just miss the scar already. I hope he gets it quickly....

I think the new costume is perfect. He looks like he should, an update of MK 1 and 2 Sub-Zero. This is earlier in his history than the Deadly Alliance version, remember. Too much decoration or glowing eyes and frozen arms wouldn't be appropriate at this point. He's not that powerful right now.

I just want to know which brother it is and see a version with the eye scar.

Well that's your opinion. I like the classic look more than the new look he took on. He didn't look like a "ninja" (Lin Kuei, I know I know) with all the new looks. I personally love it because that it was I grew up on. That's my opinion. kthxbai.

His new costume is great as his DA look but I guess Im one of the few who thought this was his best look.

The actual outfit for his MKD alt was fine. It's the head/hair thing that's the problem.

Sub-Zero's costume is a bit lackluster, but it's still cool. Whats eating me is his stance. What the hell is up with that? He looks like a pro wrestler or something. Not very ninja like. I wish they would bring back his MKII stance or something, he looked so laid back and cool.

Scorpions design makes Sub-Zeros look like they didn't do anything to it at all. Something maybe just as simplistic, but a little different is all I'm sayin'. That mask has been the same for like 6yrs or something.

It doesn't look bad, so I guess I don't mind it so much, but the thought "why didn't they change it, even just a little bit more so that it steps away from the last 3 or so games?" keeps coming to mind.

It's just not as much fun when we agree on stuff.

I think the costume is fine.
But they def have to change the mask. It's been done for like the past 3 games.

Plus I liked his Shredder look.

I liked that look also, the costume could use some tweaking and the proportions (head, body) is ridiculous, but that look is one of my fav's.

Sub Zero in this game looks fine, nothing special tough, as one might expect for one of the lead characters in MK.

I liked the Deception look, but I was never a fan of the Frozen arms.

As I've often said, that sort of defeats the point of a "discussion" board.

Somehow I find a way to have discussions all the time with people whose opinions aren't violently the opposite of my own. Both on internet message boards and in real life.

I find it to be a deeply enriching and satisfying experience, whereas argument always feels petty and pointless to me and generally breeds animosity rather than kinship.
