Alright, there is no proof, just common sense. If you choose to think the red ninja is Kira be prepared for disappointment because it's not.

Ya I'm pretty sure the lady in red is not Kira and has no connection to Kira what-so-ever.

I think it would be cool if "Skarlett" were to be Kira in reality. I mean after all, Kira did disguised herself as a man once. Why not a woman?
I think it would make Kira cooler. I'm all for her being "Skarlett'.

Maybe Kira has a sister or something.
The new red woman is a cool character! I definitely fell in love with her as a red hair. She's my second favorite character of MK, and I'm a bigger fan of her! Also I'm the biggest Kira fan. Lupinko leaked the red chick is playable. I can't wait to see the red chick gameplay video!

As for that red-haired women in the background of Kahn's Coliseum, in MK2011.

Skarlet + Kira = Ruby (tan aside).

Which we don't need.
