psn allows you to skip patches, its that simple. You get the prompt, you say no, the game lets you play. It doesn't sign you out, it doesn't give you a warning, nothing. Some games have been written to address this, but its still the way the core system (psn) is designed.
u are so unbelievably wrong it's pathetic. u can skip patches but u are unable to sign into psn if u do. it's the same on xbox
