It's the length. The shorter it is, the easier it is to control. I've never rigged hair before, but I'm guessing they use some sort of reactor system that mimics hair movement, which is probably different than what DOA uses. I think her hair looks fine. I've noticed little things here and there, but her hair animation looks great compared to what it used to be. I say keep it. I know a lot people like the granny bun, but THAT looked ridiculous to me lol. It was battle appropriate, but when has that ever mattered in these games? Her SM render isn't my fav, though her ingame was cool. I guess I likes bangs

The thing about the bun is, WITH bangs, it's my favorite Kitana hairstyle, but withOUT bangs, I kinda hate it.

Still, I'd prefer either over the hair down to her ass.

I just happen to like long, flowing hair.

I was actually going to say that Kitana needs more of a poof right behind her tiara. I know Snooki kinda made the poof lame, but some girls look really hot with it, so Im not gonna hate on the bumpits.

I wouldn't say it's "too long", but I do think it needs better physics, or to be put up in some style.

Finally some decent quality scans of Jade on youtube, anyway, Its not completely clear, but on Jade's render in the GI magazine it appears that she has long hair down to her ass like Kitana, but in the smaller gameplay picture of Jade and Kitana, we cant really see what Jade's hair looks like.

Her hairstyle looks sane in that picture, though. I'd be fine if it looked like that in this game.

Ever since DA, though, it's been ridiculously, cartoonishly long. Like to her god damned knees. Is that necessary? It really is longer than Sindel's anymore and that's just too much.

I prefer Jade with two buns, and possibly braids connected to them, like her Deception Alt.
I kinda like the singular braid she seems to be rocking in this game, though. I just wish there were some decent damn scans so I could make it out for sure.

There are new ones on youtube, Theyre not the best, but they are definitely better than the only other ones we got.
