I can’t believe jade gameplay was just released and the only two Jacqui threads are the only thing going on here.

To be fair, recently this thread has been less about Jacqui and more people arguing with a troll that keeps calling Cassie a selfie slut.....And may or may not legitimately believe they are some kind of mythological demon horse thing. But said person is apparently leaving of their own accord, so things may return to status quo posthaste.

On topic, I'm not really into Cassie or Jacqui as characters. I tried picking up Cassie for a bit because I wanted to get better at run cancels, and while I accomplished that goal I stopped playing her because I just didn't particularly enjoy playing her. I soured on Jacqui within 10 minutes of playing online and seeing all those spammy kids turtling with her guns. My hope is that they're different enough from MKX that they feel rewarding, but I'm not holding my breath.

That's an accusation from people who can't imagine other opinions than their own and bullying for having a different opinion. Am I suppose to feel ashamed now for thinking Cassie is a horrible character? Are you trying to make me feel ashamed?

I created the thread and said it from the first post, so why would I be the same person with someone who agreed with me afterwards? You have a problem with Nuckelave for expressing himself wrongly, using insults towards the female characters. While I don't agree with his language, the core of what he said was correct. You still haven't shown me one bit how Cassie is different from the so-hated Jacqui. We've just managed to establish that she has an even worse personality than the shy Jacqui.

Therefore, she's actually a worse character. At best, equally bad as Jacqui.

Did you bother to read any of the comments that stated the stark differences between the two characters (not to mention the points that were made explaining how each character is likable)? My comments pointed out the many in-game differences between them. It's not our fault you created the thread, ignored legitimate arguments, and failed to make valid points to argue against those of us who've actually played MKX and gave the two characters a chance.

By the way, and I could be wrong here, but I think umbrascitor meant that you two seem to be sharing the same brain. Neither of you seem very intelligent in that you don't make valid arguments and instead go the route of ad hominem attacks directed at not only a video game character but users arguing against you. I do believe the two of you are separate individuals, but you have a lot of negative attributes in common and, aside from a contrast in grammar, don't seem very different from one another. I know this is true in Nuckelavee's case, but I definitely don't believe you, mattteo, are bright enough to have an intelligent discussion. You're obviously too busy hitting the "repeat" button on your elementary-level insult machine.

As far as I can tell, no one was bullied here. Nuckelavee earned every bit of the negativity that went his way and he didn't seem to mind creating animosity with anyone, including those of us who initially took a more civil approach.

I meant REAL differences, not subjective points of a delusional mind. You are so attracted to your Cassie that you can;t even see how dumb your arguments are.

He addressed everyone here as "human". He talked as if he was an actual supernatural creature. That shit is not normal and cannot be taken seriously, why is that so hard to comprehend?

Can you read flags? Do you know what main language Italy has? Is it English? And what about the Netherlands? English? Nope, we have to learn Dutch, English, German AND French here, in the future add some Arabic and you know how much more effort we must put into writhing stuff down in a non-native language than you do.
