Absconding to Earthrealm in secret, he was worshipped as the god Buluc by ancient South Americans, learning harsh lessons from history, before embarking on his own conquest upon Shao Kahn's death! Tinted teal and adorned in gold, the so-called sun god Kotal Kahn shines even brighter in Mortal Kombat 11!

Kotal's return was announced with the recent Story Mode Trailer, bringing him in league with Raiden against the temporally displaced forces of Kronika!
