I've been signing in and out of my xbl account waiting for the online option to turn back from red so i can click it and play... What's up?

I still cant play online i just bought the game and the krypt and certain parts are saying verifying account restrictions please try again later

Okay, I Thought it was just me and I had a problem, Im sure it will be up and ready to play soon, Probably Maintenance or somthing.
