Yes it was sad that Freddie Blassie died, but he was much MUCH older than Trevor and he got to live his life to the fullest.

Freddie Blassie was hardcore long before the word existed, he was RAW before the television show. lol

Freddie Blassie was a legend in wrestling and played one of the best heel roles in the wrestling business.

He got the fans to hate him so much, several fans in the course of his carrer stabbed him 21 times.

A fan also through a hard boiled egg at his right eye which caused him to lose sight in it. (don't know if it was permanent though.)

Rest in peace, Trevor.

Seriously, I hope Kano isn't in the 3rd movie. Not just because Trevor is irreplacable in the role, but because Kano even being alive at this point is another sword in the ass of the MK movie plot. It's already screwed up enough. It's too late for Kano to be resurrected.

Hell, they shouldn't even do a third movie.

None of us really knew him, but we make a bigger deal about his death than if one of us would die. It's kinda odd, no? (no, no, I'm not being a prick, I'm honestly trying to make a point.) It's too bad he's gone, but I didn't really know him, so it's hard to actually miss him........ Well, hopefully he's in a better place, now.

Wow, thats a real shame. He seemed to have a lot going for him, its even worse leaving 2 kids behind. He seemed like a real cool guy. Rest in peace Trevor Goddard.

I agree no one really knew him but he will be missed. Suicide is not a great answer but to some people it is. My condolences go out to all the Kano fans and His family. 'From ear... to ear' you will be missed. Not one person, unless you are risen from the grave, will take your place as Kano in all the MK Fans' hearts. Although feeling very upset, I feel he is in a better place right now and is smiling for all the messages we send to him.

I have some interesting news about this.
I'm an Australian myself and therefore felt proud to be from the same country as Trevor. But last week I read an article in the paper about his father making a statement about him.

Trevor Goddard is not Australian!

He was english. He adopted an Aussie accent once to get a film role, and just kept it. He even beat out real aussies for australian parts!!

And also some good news for fans, an article I read today, Suicide in doubt!

The Los Angeles Coroner's office confirmed they had doubts about their 'preliminary findings that the JAG star's death was the result of a probable suicide using a lethal cocktail of drugs.' A spokesman from the coroner's office said "Illegal and prescription drugs were detected in his system, but the levels are not believed to have been fatal."

R.I.P. Trevor. Even though you weren't a real Aussie, we are still proud to have known you.
