i'll help you:
1)this is not the right place for this thread,so i'm sure that a mod will take this on "classic game 1992-200 games" forum;
2)you can enable the continues,but for unknown reasons it's very unstable;however do this:
open MK project 4.1 directory,and inside it will find a lot of other directories.You open the "data" directory;you'll find a text file(you'll open it with notepad) calleed system(there are 2 system notepad files,but one is SFF and the opther DEF.You have to open DEF).
Almost in the bottom of the text youll'find the title
"[continue screen] continue screen definition"
enabled = 0;
you hav to change the "0" with "1",
so

enabled = 1.

close and save.and then sdtart the game;after loosing a match the continue screen will appear.But i advice you,it's very unstable and tha game crashes.
and BTW,when three of four characters are shown on the screen,it' very smple for the game t crash.
