That was an early draft and may or may not be true. Although I'm confident it's legit (I got it from pretty trustworthy sources), it's still the FIRST DRAFT, and a lot of things could change since then... Take the upcoming Batman film, for example... The first script had harley quinn and scarecrow as the villains... now it's gonna be a m ovie about batman's early years with scarecrow as the only villain, in addition to numerous other scripts that may be used.
