No Jade has tan skin its just that MK Annihalation sucked because the cast was all wrong.

Another thing about movies messing up the story, i thought jax, cyrax, and sonya were all friends, so why would they fight in MK2??
Just another example of how movies twist things around.

I think they did fight in MK3 *I think*, but I think Sonya and Jax ended up saving him instead of killing him... Yeah, they shouldn't put 'Mortal Kombat' anywhere on the title of that movie, since it's anything but...

No Tia Carrere is not dark enough to play Jade. Plus her eyes are too chinky.

Jax and Sonya fought Cyrax in MKA (Note: The 2nd crappy MK movie was based on MK3's plot) because he attacked them. In Cyrax's MKG ending, Sonya and Jax retreived his soul (You can see the ending yourself in the games section here in MK online and another note- I I can't really translate his ending very well so see it for yourself.) Since MKDA, Cyrax worked for Sonya and the Special Forces but also helped Nitara in the quest to retreive the orb for her against Reptile. Unknownly to him, Reptile was sent to destroy him.

Topic again: Jade was wrong in terms in character as well- in UMK3 she made the choice to side with her friend Kitana against the Emperor Shao Kahn. In the movie, she had was working for Kahn all along as a spy.

Now don't get me wrong, I am a HUGE MK fan, but to be completely honest, the movies sucked mainly because bad special effects, bad acing and inaccuracy. I was also surprised that they made Jade asian, and it confused me more that in MKD she looked African-American and Indian.
