There were six in Deception (+Shinnok's Amulet as the semi-official seventh Kamidogu), but we don't know how deep the retcons go.

The one being? These Kamidogu have changed drastically since Quan Chi put a curse on them. Who knows what exactly they are capable of... But it's all about control

Didn't like this theory before, but after the Kitana trailer it makes sense. Since Quan is pretty much boasting to Kitana that he's near impossible to kill.

Given the scorpion stinger-like thing on the end of the first one, I'm feeling pretty confident that's the Chaosrealm Kamidogu.

Wicked cover. And ok i get messed up on digital vs print since I'm not buying digital but it's cleared up now lol. And to the person who said the six Kami dog resurrect Onaga...wrong. the six Kami dog bring back the One Being who is the essence of all realms merged. These new Kami dog may be different then those other six. Since the retcon started from the MK1 time the back story of Onaga and the one being is unchanged.

Bland design aside, I actually like Daegon quite a bit, and it's a real shame that Armageddon has ruined any chances of the Red Dragon being taken seriously in the OT.

As far as the reboot is concerned so far, I really enjoy how they're building Daegon up as someone to be spoken about with equal parts fear and reverence. I just hope they won't kill him off along with the rest of the RDs in one of the upcoming issues... Just saying that maybe there's a reason why the Black Dragon are one of the five factions in the new online mode.


Good call, but I think the point still stands:

We know that Cass ends up in an MMA cage match in #4, but the solicitation for #5 reveals Frost as a "surprise opponent". Unless the entirety of #4 is just the preparation for the match, I still think it's a reasonable assumption that Cass takes down at least one opponent before going up against Frost.

The wait is killing me! I was so pleased with the most recent comic. And since Thor's comics are always delayed after taking forever to come out in the first place I am glad I can at least look forward to one thunder god next sunday. I am still wondering what happen with Raiden's lightning.

I also hope to see more of Fujin and/or Kotal in the next chapter.

Another thing, I think Deagon has a great chance of showing up in the next game. Not only is he seen in the pits background in mk9, but he was mentioned in chapter one.
