I am looking to batch palette swap quite a few images and I was wondering if there was a way to do this easily?

I had a request for a pallet swap... My idea is pretty simple, but may be a little bit longer in length.

First, i would like this render of Sub-Zero from MKvsDC: http://www.gaminglife.com.au/images/subzero1.jpg

However, i would like the mask changed. The Rain mask from MKA: http://mkw.mortalkombatonline.com/mka/rain/cutout.png

but keep the hood from the Sub-Zero render.

On the Sub Zero render posted above, a dragon design is shown on the cloth infront of his crotch. It would be cool if you could mimic that design on cloth of the mask.

Now, for the pallet swaps... i would like Sub-Zero with a blue Rain mask... then the same design but Yellow for Scorpion, Green for Reptile, White for Smoke, Purple for Rain, Red for Ermac, Black for Noob Saibot, and Orange/Brown for Tremor.

A key point is Sub-Zero's arms. I like how they are ice, and would like the color of the ninjas mimicked in the same way. so Scorpion would have yellow arms, reptile has green etc. etc.

I understand this could be a challenge because of the quality of the renders, but i think it would be an awesome project.

Do you also want Rain's metal frame thing on his face or just the veil?

I definitely want Rain's veil with the metal parts around it. I think it's the best ninja mask the MK team has designed. The only other thing would be, i dont want Rain's long hair in a pony tale. I think having a hood on the back of his head would look better.

Because my skill are so limited... i am trying to work on this concept, but with Micros (pixel art).

i don't know how to quote... but that looks awesome. However, I only have 2 pet peeves... The blue in the mask doesn't match the blue on the suit. And if you could make the gold in the mask the gray/silver to match the details in the suit.

Yeah, you can ignore the repeated sprites. I don't want to over burden anyone.

The major stipulation is this: ONLY the blue parts can be pallet swapped. So i want the black part and the skin to stay the same colors.

I need it in Ermac's red, Rain's purple, Reptile's green, Noob's black, Tremor's Brown/Orange, and Scorpions Yellow.

It shouldn't be too hard... but i can't seem to pallet swap at all.

With the additional sprites i found on MK Warehouse, i was able to copy and paste Ermac and Noob costumes on the lighter, tan skin. However, Tremor i can't seem to pull off. If you can help, thanks.

As for the Tremors... thank you so much... but what color is he supposed to be? Brown or Orange? I have seen both. =\

First... what color is Tremor? Is he orange or brown?

Second... I want a full set of sprite of Tremor. Here is the link: http://mkw.mortalkombatonline.com/umk3/subzero/sprites/ It looks like a lot, but it shouldn't be that many because you can copy and paste all of the sprites, and do 10-20 at one time - if not more.

If that is not possible, can anyone give me a step by step on how to do it with Photoshop CS2?
