Thanks for asking, but no, I didn't, YET. I installed Dogwaffle. It's very close to GIMP. I'm working on the sig right now, it should be done in 10 min. Like I said, I'll attempt.

Can someone give me some links to download GTK + for Windows 98, and Gimp? I've tried the GIMP homepage, and it doesn't work for me. If you can help, IM me or read my thread in General Discussion. "Help with computer programs (GTK +)" is what it's titled. I'm currently using DogWaffle, and it doesn't have enough settings for me.
