Artist's Remarks:
This is My design for Shao Kahn if he was the supreme ruler of all the realms. He is more extreme and brutal in this look than the other one that I drew. My favorite part has to be his helmet since it makes him look more intimidating.

So this is what he'd look like before he eventually goes insane from boredom.

The design is great. I really like the helm and shoulders. I like the chain mail around his legs. I just think you went overboard with the spikes.
