I like it. The only thing is that the MKDA version has a darker shade of blue. That's the only flaw I see. No big deal, though. Great job.

I give it 3 out of 5 Dragons. Overall, the drawing wasn't that bad, but his head was too fat and he didn't have a neck. A minor problem was that you colored him light blue instead of dark blue. And he's also missing the black part of the clothing that's supposed to be underneath the blue part of the ninja suit.
