Well, his nose is kind of lumpy, his outfit is different from his other outfits, but his proportions seem ok, and he reminds me of some emperor... I dunno, he just looks like some emperor thinking about something.

This is awesome!! Shinnok is also one of my favorite characters, because he extremely intelligent, cunning, and one of the best evil bosses of Mortal Kombat!! The proportions are excellent, by the way!! I love how great you made him look, in terms of looking evil. You can imagine by looking at this Submission that he is thinking of a very intelligent plan, like as if he is thinking about the next enemy of his that he wants to be detroyed. I would love to see this colored by the way!! However, the eys in my opinion are a bit off. Still, this is an excellent Fan Submission, and I would love to see your works in the future...4/5 Dragon Points!!

I think his hand's a little small, the perspective on his headgear is a bit off, and that the arm positioned behind his back requires some shading, but other than that, I really like it. It's not very often one sees drawings of Shinnok on here, and this one conveys the notion of a scheming, evil fallen god really well. 4/5.
