Looks pretty cool. Looks like something that could be one of his alt costumes. Doesn't really look like Scorpion though.

the bofy is really good detailed i really like the body. but theres only one thing who screw all i think. its the head, wth is that do he have a plastic bag on the head? 4/5

What the hell is this? A stain? The arms are completly disproportionate. You need to learn shading, and the head is a big mess. Hopefully those two years helped you improve from this... thing.
