first off, reptile is not blue (or light purple) and yellow, he is green. i've never once seen reptile lose his basic color, green, except deadly alliance (even though they trashed his appearance in that like you did here) im surprise that you didn't add a tail in there. you made him looking like he's apart of some sort of group. like the lin kuei or the black dragon for examples.

secondly, the scales look odd.

thirdly, again you have the head being too fat.

Overall, I like it. It's a good balance between his reptilian and and ninja forms. The head looks really cool. I also like how the "boots" (if you can call them that) cover part of the foot; for some reason I didn't really like how his feet were fully exposed in his MKDA and MKSM costumes.

Still, I have a few problems with it. As Sub-Frost055 said, the color scheme doesn't work for Reptile. I would suggest using black instead of blue, and a yellowish green (that would contrast slightly with his skin color) instead of yellow. Also, if at all possible, try to scan you pictures better so they aren't so dark in the lower right-hand corner.
