Artist's Remarks:
This is a rain bust that i drew by hand. I remodeled his outfit to give it a new-oldschool feel if you know what i mean. This was also my very first time using photoshop to color. It took a while because i had to learn what all the tools did but overall i like it. I see myself using photoshop more in the future
