Ok dude, here are some pointers and shit:

You have good drawing skills, you just hve to refine them, byt practicing a lot!, you need to be more careful with Character details, specially with highly detailed zones such ass Face and Hands/Feet. You need to be more careful with your pencil traces, as they seem forced.

You may as well want to draw further detail in backgrounds, sometimes a background really improves a drawing, you hould be more careful there and also in dimension, 2D looks really simple, by adding some shadows you may want to give more life to the whole scene.

Color, please, nothing gives more life to a Drawing but color (even though in some cases drawings lookk better as pencil sketch, this is not the case) If you dont like colouriing it you may ask someone in the board to do so for you.
