I like. My only critique's the lack of MK1 sprites, and that it's MK2 Cage instead of Trilogy (I prefer consistency). Maybe at least edit Raiden's sprite so that he has a visible amulet on him.

I agree with this.

I think you should experiment and get more creative with the layout of the panels, like a real comic.

And move "the camera" around a bit, y'know what I mean? Like when Reptile flips into the scene, there should've been a picture of him kneeling on the pagoda above Shang's head or on one of the big stone blocks behind the audience first, maybe you could even make the Reptile sprite partially transparent since he was invisible in that scene before he revealed himself. Y'know, if you're using a program that has that feature, I dunno if it's MS Paint or what...
