Sonya looks more like a goth teenager. Her cheeks are too fat, her nose is stubby, and the body doesn't seem to have curves. The foundation is nasty too.

Wow, its like you have a vendetta against me ^_^..Did I hurt you in a past life? Anyway, yeah, I can't really help the criticism, it is the nature of the style I was trying to throw out and, to be honest, I can't draw Japanese-style shit. I'm a little to American I guess....

But, wait, 'fat cheeks'...I didn't even draw cheeks really, just the outline of the face and some blush lines thrown on. The nose can't really be stubby since its just 2 lines (those being the bottom of it with a break in the line, not the nostrils) and, yeah, the body doesn't have curves cuz, well, I was drawing her as more of the skinny body type and not the 'femme-fatale-male-fantasty' mock-up associated with any female character. And, I'm not sure what you mean by foundation, but I do agree that the drawing sucks. So why I argued this, I have no idea... ^_^
