I like it. It's dark and assassin-like while retaining specific elements in the design that remind of us the Kitana we're mostly familiar with. I also think her hairstyle here would be an excellent work-around for the "plastic hair" problem in-game; though I prefer the hairstyle you gave her in general, anyhow.

This very cool on it own. But, I couldn't see this as Kitana's primary, maybe as an alternate though. I like the design, but wish there wasn't so much black, her primary color (blue) is taking the back burner to all the black. But overall I like this image. It's unexpected, and not necessarily what I think of in terms of attire when I think of Kitana, but nevertheless it is awesome. ^_^

She looks like a darker and more modernized version of Taki from Soul Calibur (but with smaller breasts), especially her mask. Kitana? No, I couldn't imagine she would dress in something like this.

With that said, it is overall quite a cool picture. I like your dark and rough style. And I'd love to see your vision of Mileena and Jade. ^^
