The pose is from Mileena's MK: Deception render and the outfit is inspired from her past outfits, mostly her MK: Deception alt, and a bit from her MK9 main outfit. I gave her the traditional ponytail, but with some bangs covering half her face like in her MK: Deception alt, and some wrappings along the ponytail. Since MK: Deception, Mileena has gotten a very sexualized theme, and I kept that, but sprinkled it with a bit of bondage theme with alot of leatherstraps.

Yeah, it got rather short since MKD. I like long ponytails, so thought I'd give Mileena one as well. The wrappings around the hair is actually an idea I had for Mileena many years ago when I made this old MKDA concept art for her back in 2002:
This was before she appeared in MKD, so it is kinda fun to see how she turned out to be compared to this concept art I made. :P
