My third ever fake...Please criticise, but please help if it is really bad. I know i am not very good at the fades of kitana when she throws the fans at mileena, but overall i think this is ok for my third fake. What do you think? Again the quality went down when i converted it to jpg. Please Comment!

It's an ok job. The first think I noticed is that it should have 2 wins under Kitana's lifebar. It should also have the timer in there as well. The Matrix idea is a good idea it could have been done a little cleaner tho. Still a good job tho. 3/5

OK, here I say you have a decent concept that kinda has no focus. First I would say, the matrix has been a bit of a played out theme--I would say yours in concept is better than many.
Now lets talk about the picture in execution. One rather noticable problem is after throwing the fan, Kitana's face mask came off! With a little extra TLC, you could improve the pic overall--espically with such details as that.
OK now onto the bigger problem: The picture has no focus. ThE pIcTuRe HaS nO fOcUs! Too much is happing, and it's not streamlined. To have kitana's last pose a little more opaque is not enough to show us she is in motion. Her last potistion and her new one should be more connected. Same goes for Mileena. Also the "shadowed version," if you will, should reflect a pose that would naturaly stem to the current pose.
Here is another question: did you mean for kitana's second fan to be flying above Mileena's head? It is very confusing. See if we can still see the shadowed version, and it is mid-flight, then the current version should not be in a clear focus, but rather have a motion blur of sorts.
Although the font fits, it is lost in the background, and it sort of distracts from what the picture is trying to accomplish, IMO.
The edges of the shaddowed versions are too sharp. The should have softer edges.
Have you ever studied photography? Try to make a focal point of your fake. Before that have an semi-origanal idea, and after creating a focus point--make the details look good (including effects, depth, shadowing, etc)
That is my advice. If I were you I would do this one again, and again, till you get it where you want it.
