You know, this isn't a bad look for Kano. But those boots....ugh. There's no other word for them but "ugly". I hate to be so blunt, but honestly, they look like they came out of the 80's and out some precursor to Hot Topic but for snowboards. I enjoy the detail you put into them, but they just don't fit Kano.

The overall color scheme is pretty cool though. It uses most of Kano's color patterns from most of the games, the white from the original MK, and the red and black from MK 3. Might've been nice if you somehow managed to draw a throwback item to his utility belt that he has across his chest.

The overall look is okay, but it falls apart at the feet. Something more streamlined would've been better.

The top half is simply outstanding, its a real good look for kano, What though is with those massive booties ?

My major problem with the drawings are not the drawing itself, but that the characters look nothing like MK.

Looks like someone out of friggin Captain Planet..

...says the guy who draws MK characters like paintings of actual ancient Asian historical figures.

I think the dude's comic book style is much closer to the spirit of Mortal Kombat. Particularly MK's 1, 3, and Deadly Alliance.

This time i like the idea you have,But the boots have got to go.

You know what? I actually love the boots. This guy obviously has an appreciation for MK and we can all see he is a fantastic artist. If you look at his other drawings you can tell that big, extravagant boots/shoes are kind of his thing, his signature if you must. That is what makes a good artist, right? Taking a concept or idea and making it your own, but still leaving enough of the original so that onlookers can tell what it is that they are looking at. In my opinion(and it may be that no one shares it), the boots are what makes the picture. Kudos to you enzoe for making such kick ass boots and taking the time to do what you do the way you do it. peace.

Your drawings are like a sci-fi version of Defenders of Realm. I don't like the beard or his hair, i makes him look like a white-skinned black guy. Yeah that's the problem, he reminds me too much of Jax. I really dig half your works anyway so what does it matter
