- It could use some shadowing

- The top of head could be more rounded

The coloring is pretty good, especially for one of your first attempts. Down the road you may want to try adding a bit more depth to your coloring by having more shadowed areas around the muscles and details. Highlights are nice too, they definitely accentuate detailed areas.
