Hair doesn't really suit her but at least it's a unique touch. Simple sleek costume works well, the only major thing I would fix up would be the length of the pole. Make it longer.

When you scroll down a little, Jade sort of looks like a man. The hair would actually look better on Khameleon. Other than that, nicely drawn.
