Nice, very detailed. The work you did on the cloths are amazing. The ones that hand from her waist in particular I like. I love the patterns you used on them, very intricate indeed. Her hair is interesting, not the usual style for Jade, but I like it. The mask was a nice touch, something to set Jade apart from other female 'ninjas'. She does sort of resemble a faerie in the face, its not bad though, still pretty cool.

The upper body structure is all good. The muscles are very well drawn, and also the 'creases' in her suit look nice, very well done in my opinion. The detail work on her arms looks as nice as the other cloths I mentioned, I like your style on those. Also, I note on the staff. The way you have drawn it here is the way I like to see it, sometimes the staff runs off the screen in other drawings I've seen, but not this one. This is the size I like to see it drawn.

The legs are good, but there is something off-setting to me about them. I will wait until you color it though, you always have done a good job at coloring in the past; I'm sure once you have, it will clear in up for me a bit. Anyway, I like how the right leg is shaded properly, as if its in a shadow, nice touch.
