As far as art goes, this is nice. It's far off from crap in the pro art world probably. This is like a minority soft side to Jade, opposed to the warrior girl.

Good:
- Reflection effect; very unique and something I've never seen done before. I think it suits Jade well.
- Background; i can't say exactly what it is I like about it but, as with the reflection, the style just seems to suit Jade very much. Reminds me of the Sega Master System version on MKII where you'd fight Jade in a tiled backdrop, very nostalgic
- It's overall simplicity; definitely works in its favour. Especially the hair; that's how I would want her hair to look

Bad:
- While I loved the simplicity, the actual style you've drawn her in doesn't sit well with me. She's been pulled out of a saturday morning Disney cartoon, not MK. It's unique, yes, but isn't Jade to me. Too cutesy
- Her costume; looks like it would suit Sonya more. Jade is a ninja, after all, and a warrior. Its too 'modern' for me.
- The lolipop; ummm... nope. I get you were trying to make her look "softer" but this just isn't right. idk this is more a matter of personal opinion anyway

The overall style you've gone for in terms of her cutesy appearance is what brings this down for me. 2/5

If you don't like the picture being "naughty" then say it, He wanted Jade to look "naughty" lol, that was his intention, so you might wanna edit your post.
