Here's some observations I have of the trailer:

1:09 - This is obviously Themyscaria, but you get a good side angle when Wonder Woman lasso's Cyborg, of the background. This confirms that the desert like stage in the previous trailer is NOT Themyscaria.

1:19 - Pay attention to the design of Green Lantern's costume*.

1:21 - A good look a Joker's crowbar move.

1:30 - Another good look at the stage I'm guessing is Wayne Manor.

1:36-37 - *Green Lantern's costume is different. Some say it appears yellow, similar to a Sinestro Corps outfit. Also, the emblem on his chest is different. However, this costume reminds me more of Parallax Hal Jordan than anything. We'll see another look later on in the trailer, possibly.

1:45 - ... Wall of water behind Regime Troops? Hmm.

1:46-47 - A yellow costume, similar, again, to a Sinestro Corps outfit is shown. If you look at the wrist area, the bright yellow lines are very similar to the designs on Hal Jordan's wrist guards at 1:36-37. He also has possession of Batman's mask, and utility belt. This could be Sinestro, or it could be Hal with a yellow ring. Sinestro is left-handed and wheres his ring on his left hand. There is no discernible ring band on the characters right hand, and the left hand is completely obstructed. I'm not sure who it is.

1:48 - Amazons troops advancing towards Male troops in Roman-esque armor. Ares' troops, perhaps?

1:49 - Hawkgirl!

1:52 - New stage? In it's an aircraft hangar. Ferris Air?

1:53 - At the hangar stage, you can see a plane behind Deathstroke and Wonder Woman that reads "NRS 846"

1:56 - Electricity shocking Batman and Wonder Woman. Some are saying an electric hero/villain, but you can see the source of the electricity being generated from two structures in the background.

1:56 and a half second - Some eagle-eyed observers are asking who the woman is lying at Superman's feet as he screams, but if you pause at the right time, you can see it's Lex Luthor lying in an awkward position.

BTW, I watched a video last night of some comic book fan dissecting the trailer and he assumes one arena is ACE Chemicals (barrels with the word "ACE" can be seen in background). I'm not into comics and DC universe (that much) so I'm not familiar with that stuff and how important it may be. Does ACE Chemicals have anything to do with Lex? I think those were featured in one of those old Superman films, right?
