Former TNA wrestler Chris Harris made his WWE debut before tonight's SmackDown/ECW taping.

Harris lost to Shelton Benjamin in a dark match. Harris, who never wore a singlet in TNA, wore one in his debut match for WWE. He was also described as "looking heavy."

Harris announced on his official website that he had signed a contract with WWE on January 29, 2008.

Though yes, as someone pointed out, there's a huge lack of babyfaces in this match! It's insane. They should just take MVP out and add two babyfaces in. I was really hoping we'd see MVP vs Matt Hardy for the U.S. title at this year's Mania...oh well.
