Now, Angle is not a waste of time. Quite the contrary, but there is so much talent in TNA right now besides the wwe rejects that they could do fine on their own. If angle came along say..later on after they got the two-hour show going, and there was more room to show off why TNA is so up-and-coming to take on WWE. In terms of wrestling fans, it looks like more and more people are turning to TNA over E. The storylines in WWE are just getting dumb, and TNA is showing people exciting wrestling. Not quite as predictiable.

Basically what I'm getting to, is that 1) no more GM-type stuff. 2) Angle should've waited before coming to TNA. 'Nuff said. Zent, methinks you and I should just agree to disagree on this. What do ya think?

Hm sure, but I dont really see what you mean by Kurt Angle should've waited until TNA got 2 hours?

What I'm saying is that Kurt should've waited until after TNA got their two-hour show in the fall. Then, if Angle wanted to come dominate, more power to him, but right now, his soap opera is taking up most of the show, and it personally annoys the crap outta me.

That's what I hate these guys are talking up most of the show and leaving out everybody else.

So you're saying that TNA SHOULDN'T have signed the biggest free agent in wresting history since Bret Hart as soon as possible, and Angle shouldn't have tried to make an impact and earn a living doing what he loves and does best?

If you are talking to me no I didn't mean it like that it's just the whole show revolves around Angle. Some of the wrestlers that wrestle don't even have a story line.

I agree. Most of his matches have been squashes (best seen tonight on Smackdown) and he's never actually won a title (he held the European belt once after it was handed to him by Jeff Jarrett). Get this guy out, now.

That's exactly what i'm saying. Wrestling may be what Angle loves, but unless he totally lied to WWE about his situation at home, he should've taken more then three weeks off to sort everything out. I don't know if this makes a lick of sense, but I think Angle is too big for TNA right now. Yea, you've got star power like Christian, Sting and them, but a wrestler with as much recognition as Angle, might end up being bad for TNA right now, because what's going to happen is that TNA will try and focus everything on Angle (like they are now), and people are going to get bored of watching him hold every belt week after week. I like TNA, but if Angle keeps up like he is, i'm going to start buying more indie stuff, just becuase more people hold more titles. I still think TNA should use their in-house talent to make a name for themselves, not by using one man to do the job for them. Don't get me wrong, I'll take TNA over WWE any day of the week, but I just think they should focus more on the (i hate using this, but it needs to be said right here) originals rather than the guys who quit WWE, because they didn't want to play VInnie Mac's mind-f*** game.

Onto other topics...it's time for SummerSlam predictions:

WWE Championship: John Cena(c) vs. Randy Orton

Ok, this is getting out of hand. Cena has held the title close to a year now. I'm REALLY getting tired of him holding the belt. Orton may be the WWE's whipping boy, but let the man have a respectable title reign. Seriously now..

World Heavyweight Championship Match: The Great Kahli(c) vs. Batista
Winner: Batista
I almost don't even care about the WHC anymore. As soon as the Great Kahli won it, I gave up caring. I can only hope Batista can take it away from him, and lose it to Edge when he comes back.

Triple H vs. King Booker
Winner: Triple H
Simply put, there is no way they are going to spend all this time building up HHH, and then have him job to Booker. End of story.

Rey Mysterio Jr. vs Chavo Guerrero

Here is where they start to build up the Vinnie Mac/Kennedy storyline. I personally hate this s/l with Kennedy going to be Vince's "son", but my opinion in this matter doesn't count for much. w/e Kennedy wins, shoves it in Vince's face, and Vince send the family after him. Wah-hoo.

Kane vs. Finlay
Winner: Kane
Squash match. Finlay is worth so much more than this. Useless storylines with Kane is not going to help him out at all.

Diva Battle Royal for the number one contership for the Women's Championship:

yeah and then maybe if king booker doesn't ask for a rematch, i think for the next ppv (if they make orton the winner) have triple h and orton battle it out. that only depends on if the dx thing doesn't happen again well it could but... becuase i got a cool idea what might happen when shawn returns and revolves around him and triple h with the belt... but i highly doubt that the whole story might take place.

Indeed, they need to make Victoria(the only capable woman there) win the title... she shouldn't be jobing like she has since all this time.

Also, Kane has been losing too fucking much! Give respect to him. Since he lost his mask it's been downhill. He lost agaisnt Boogey Man, Khali, Snitsky and Umaga... Heck! He's like the big wimpy man that just thinks he's strong, but never shows it. Everyone is "afraid" of him even if he never wins... yeah... They even made him yell Khali to stop last week... Horrible!

See!!! I told you!!! He would be better if he put on his mask. He would also be much more entertaining to watch! That last match he had with Triple H where he lost his mask was one of his biggest matches.

If he would've at least kept the long hair and not take off his shirt.

No, he wouldn't be better if he got his mask back, he'd be better if the booking team booked him to be better.

It's just when Kane lost his mask alittle bit of his whole character was gone. To me it was like when a luchador losses his mask his career goes with him. Kane has just lost his edge.

I was impressed when the WWE asked Mysterio to wear his mask when wrestling with them. Of course, he looks like a baby without his mask, but still, a "luchador" who lost his mask never wears it again... but the most surprising is that Mysterio agreed... and that he wasn't kicked to death when the WWE went to Mexico.

That tells you how much credibility WCW had in it's last years.

Summaslam predictions:

Divas Battle Royal - Who cares.


Kane vs Finlay - Kane, obviously. Hornswoggle and Noble may get involved.

IC Triple Threat - How to take the strap off Umaga without hurting him, while giving Ken Kennedy the beginning of his rise to the WWE championship? Have Kennedy pin Carlito, and there you have it.

ECW title match - Punk finally wins it.


Mysterio vs Chavo Guerrero - Mysterio obviously, so Chavo can go back to being a jobber.


World Title match - Khali retains.

Kane VS Finlay - Finlay, because Kane never wins anything anymore. Ever. Forever. Whatever. I like Kane better but I guess Finlay will win.

Rey VS Chavo - Rey of course.

Tri-Branded Whatever Diva Stuff - I don't care.

Triple H VS King Booker T - HHH will win of course. I hope they change his music finally into the King Of Kings one as I really like that song. :p

Umaga VS Carlito VS Kennedy - Umaga retains. Shouldn't Kennedy be wrestling for the top titles by now?

John Morrison VS CM Punk - Great, CM Punk as the #1 contender again... I hope Nitro wins.

The Great Khali VS Batista - As much as I dislike both of them as champions, anything is better than Khali. Please God (I'm an atheist so maybe this won't happen) don't let Khali retain.

John Cena VS Randy Orton - I would like Cena to drop the belt for a while but I'm not sure about this one. I guess Cena could win but it wouldn't shock me if Orton did. For predictions sake, I'll go with Orton.
