Hum...Gangrel is awesome but Akio and Shannon Moore suck ass?

Exactlly! Now, you might ask yourself how can I justify that? Well, let me tell you, what have either of those two idiots done in the short time they were in WWE to make me care about them?? They were nothing but glorified jobbers, yes you can say that Gangrel didn't do anything in his last WWE run except try to take out Taker for JBL, but Gangrel did more in his first initial run in WWE to make me like him more that Moore and Akio ever did given they're combined time in both WWE and WCW. That is why I again say that the firing of them is no big loss to the WWE!! Neither was Ganrel's really, but if given a chance he could have done something!

What makes you think Shannon and Akio wouldn't make an impact of given a chance? And I'll tell you what the two cruiserweights did to make me like them that Gangrel couldn't do: They had AWESOME matches. Everytime Akio's entrance theme started to play on Velocity, I knew I was going to watch a kickass match.
If given the chance, Gangrel could've done something. I don't see what he could've done in terms of getting to fans, because all he has is a well-liked gimmick. But If Akio was put into a decent feud with Paul London, having matches on Smackdown! every week, you'd see if the fans didn't care. IMO, Akio is WAY bigger an asset to any wrestling company than Gangrel ever will be.

Gotta agree with Zentile on this one. Just as Akio was reaching his peak of startum in the WWE (receiving recognition from the audience with his excellent move displays), they cut him. I'm surprised the WWE has cut some Japanese superstars to whom would have fit well for the corporation if pushed right (Kenzo, Akio, Ultimo) yet, they've managed to hold onto Funaki for so long (& we all remember his wonderful title reign as a cruiserweight champ).

I believe the main reason why the WWE has held onto Funaki for so long is mainly due to fact of having a Japanese icon (someone to cater to the Japanese crowd, when they tour Japan). The Japanese audience appears to love him dearly. However, the WWE should be focusing soley on ones skills in the ring (not who's big in which country). In Akio's short stay in the WWE, I've seem him pull of more incredible maneuvers in the ring, than Funaki ever has in all his years with the company (including dating back to his Kaientai days).

HOLY SHIT! That was cool as hell. Anyone know if it was a shoot or planned?

It looked planned 'cause Kane took Snitsky off but the commentators wern't saying anything either and he called Edge by his real name. Any Ideas?

That fucking rocked. Matt said on his website about a week or two ago WWE wanted him back but he wanted feedback from his fans because he didn't want to piss them off. He seems to be a pretty class guy, but I dunno how this angle is going to work because he has to have some real feelings deep down inside.

Anywho, that kicked fucking ass. 'LITA......YOU WHORE!!!' hahahaha

Now bring back Jeff sad

Ok just checked on wrestlingdotcom.com

As far as I know Hardy has resigned and it looks to be a shoot angle. Still, fuckin insane though. I'll I could make out what he was saying besides "I hate WWE" was "ROH", which stand for Ring of Honor, a fed he's suposed to have been ready to work for.

Isn't Matt scheduled to debut on TNA sometime this month (if he already hasn't) to take on Chris Daniels for his title? As far as the Edge/Hardy incident. The WWE probably knew about it, but it wasn't particularly staged (& if it was, it was more than likely to give him a push in the company, if he has indeed signed on). I can't imagine Matt joining the WWE after all that has transpired.

Alright im fucking lost in the whole Matt/Edge/Lita thing.Im not even sure if that was planned, the security took Matt down pretty hard,Matt calling Lita a whore isnt exactly WWE friendly, calling Edge Adam, and mentioning ROH aka Ring of Honour.

God im confused. My guess is that Matt signed. Was a hell of a run in though.

Matt mentioning ROH, he was more than likely referring to his TNA-X title match with Chris Daniels on July 16th. As far as I know, Matt's signed with TNA.

Yea it was a work theres no way that they would let him in the building espically twice.I didnt see it coming this should make raw a little better. On another note i hope y2j gets the belt im not a big fan of him but i respect him as a wrestler not like Cena god i dont know how people can like this marky mark wigger poser he makes me sick.As far as hbk wierd promo it almost sounds like he isnt a complete heel unless there building him up to become a bigger one.I liked hbk through 92-95 but when he turned face in late 95 he became really dumb and started kissing babies and trying to be funny.Same as the dx hbk i like the more serious one from the early 90s he didnt act so dumb.

PS. Diva search is the worst thing on raw it needs to be stopped it has nothing to do with wrestling its just eye candy there kinda ugly anyways.

if the edge/matt storyline is fake, then the got all of us.

it look fake because of kane & Snitsky fighting in the crowd, giving time for matt to kick edge's ass! But they did tackle him hard aftermentioning ROH.
Then king and JR change the subject fast after they said how chaoic Raw was. Also it never so no replay! If it's part of a story, they usaully show Replays.

It's a work but they want us to think it's real. On his website Matt Hardy claims it was real and he's going to to it again.
But it's fake. For one, Kane and Snittsky conviently left just in time for Matt to appear. And if it was real, they would've gone to commercial the second Hardy ran in the ring. If he were to even get in the ring. Drunk fans are usually tackled the moment they climb over the railing.

I think everyone can stop the "You screwed Matt" chants now. In the end, Edge and Lita did Matt a huge favor. He's more popular now than he's ever been.

Besides, how would Matt get past security once, much less twice. And they just ''happened'' to show a segment where Edge talked about the bit during his wedding when Matt Hardy's song played. It's a work.

From Ringsidepost.com:

Matt Hardy returned to WWE RAW on Monday as part of a "worked shoot" angle. In addition to attacking Hardy and getting "arrested" for his actions, the WWE wrestler also threw in a plug for Ring Of Honor and some anti-WWE and anti-Johnny Ace comments.

While the fact that Hardy returned to WWE has led to question about the sincerity of his message board posts, sources indicate that the beginning of the story was absolutely true: Lita did have an affair with Edge. Thus, the initial sympathy for Hardy's position was deserved, although sometime between the initial fallout and Monday's RAW, Hardy began working his message board visitors.

Matt Hardy officially inked a return deal with WWE a week or two ago; the company began showing serious interest after the Lita-Edge wedding, in which Hardy's teased entrance video elicited a huge pop from the crowd. McMahon took that as proof that bringing Hardy back into the fold was a worthwhile investment.

In signing with WWE, Hardy turned down a very lucrative offer from TNA. Although the looser contract was appealing, at the end of the day, Hardy opted to go for the company with more exposure and a brighter future. Had TNA announced a deal with Spike TV a few weeks ago, Monday's return angle might not have happened.

Sources at RAW report that Matt Hardy did not have much of a presence backstage at the show. He simply showed up, worked his angle, and left. If he did communicate with Edge and Lita, it was done in a very private setting.

Matt Hardy will next be seen this Saturday in Ring Of Honor. It is unknown for how long WWE will allow Hardy to work outside dates as part of the "anti-WWE" gimmick.

I admit, they had me with that, I honestly did think it wasn't part of the show. I mean sure he got passed security twice, but in reality, it probablly wouldn't be that hard to do, plus with about umpteen number of people coming out to tackle, and hand-cuff him, it looked like a shoot.

The first thing I thought of too, was how Vince was likely sitting back thinking, "how can I make even more money off of this?" Answer, sign Matt Hardy back and give the fans what they want. Now I wonder if they are going to drop this whole Kane/Edge/Lita/Shitninzky angle in favor of Matt/Edge/Lita, or if it will be Kane/Edge/Matt/Lita?

Remember about a month or so after this whole thing began, someone posted pictures on another site of Matt/Lita at a car show from that weekend? Perhaps PheonixWarrior guy was right, and this was/is the most well played out angle in the history of WWE/internet. Perhaps they made all us marks and internet sites part of the angle. Like one of those Viral things. Good shit Vince, good shit indeed.

That could very well be so. I just don't see why Matt would do that. Why would he deceive his loyal fans that way (using the internet as a springboard). Why would the WWE utilize such a bland effort in turn for some ratings. Surely they realize that this Matt/Edge beef is bound to die down at some point in time. What some would sacrifice in return for some lousy ratings... Now that's messed up.

I heard that too; that he sign with WWE. Probably signed to get his revenge!

We have to see what's going to happen next week, If this happens again then it's has to be Fake; No way the WWE would let that happen Again!

On a side note I gald to see Jericho going for the title again. See what happens when Triple H leaves.; It gives Other wrestlers a chance. Hope he wins! He deserves it!

What does everyone think about Sabu might be signing with the WWE? I think this could be good for him....his medical bills are pretty high...and he needs money...but I feel Vince wouldn't give him the freedom he needs in the WWE.

Dude, it all comes down to one thing... Money, Money and more money!
Lots of people would do some of the dumbest things even if it meant pissing allot of people off, just to see a few green bags!

You said "Why would the WWE utilize such a bland effort in turn for some ratings?" Look back at some of the stupid things they have done for ratings and you'll see why it's not hard to believe that Vince would do something like this.

"Surely they realize that this Matt/Edge beef is bound to die down at some point in time"... Maybe, but in the mean time, they'll try and keep it going no matter how dumb it is and how uncomfortable it makes everyone involved feel.
