I checked out Afterburn over the Weekend and I must say Im interested in the JBL/Taker fued. The Last Ride match maybe a classic if it was like this:
Taker beats the living crap out of JBL, throws him into the back of the hearse and tries shuts the door.Taker gets into the driver's seat and drives off slowly...BUT JBL manages to break open the hearse's Driver Window(not the window you roll down but the window in between the casket not in the back.Hard to explain.Let me just say the windows that are in the back of limos so the driver won't hear whats going on in the back.)Grabs Taker and chokes him with a seat belt.JBL opens the car door and drags Taker out.Taker plays dead but Taker does his Tradmark recovery on the titan tron ramp.Grabbing JBL and Choke Slamming him on to the titan tron ramp making a hole into the ramp.
Taker throws JBL in the hearse and drives him to the grave yard where he buries JBL...
I think my own story sucks...

Yeah, I agree. On the Wrestling news sites, people are speculating over whether or not Flair will be added to the World title mix, but like you said, if 99.9% of the fans vote for say, Batista or Flair, odds are, the WWE will put Orton in the match, just to keep the story going, between the two. I'd like to see Batista kick Trip's ass as much as the next guy, it would spell the end of Evolution, but it'll likely be Benoit, Edge(long shot!), or Orton.
DrFatality, I like your idea for the JBL/Taker match. This is one match, if not the only match that I can't wait for on the whole No Mercy card.

Doubt if the rumors are true, but, I think everyone has had a turn, and the only logical choice would be Shane McMahon. LOL, Vince to Bischoff, "I guess that's why you're the GM of Raw and I'm not the GM of Nitro"! Funny shit!

I'm at a complete lost as to what happened in WWE lately since my usual news source website closed down... Anyone can recommend a good site with news (not silly rumours, news) that is both readable and doesn't take forever to open or pop-up 500 ads?
Thanks
Thanks

nodq.com has a lot of popups. It's not bad at all tho as far as news and stuff.
411mania.com has the same info, VERY much less popups.
Anyone read the Smackdown! spoilers?? Wow what a cluster-fuck of a show this is turning into. I'll watch it to see the Stone Cold video segment, and the Stephanie as it's supposed to be good...also the end of the show.........see below

Wow, I had no idea that Ricco is 43! 0_0 Is that true? That dudes got mad skillz if it is.
SD is looking nice from the spoilers. Seams that some new "fued potentials" are coming about. It would be sweet to see a few London/Book matches. And Rey Rey is becoming more badass every week. ^_^
Kane..lol, too good. That little work he did when he first came out and was "roughing up" the doctors; that might have been the greatest piece of acting he's ever done. Seriously, good stuff. And Lita looked FUCKED up...damn.
On the subject of TNA; there are "story lines" lol. They aren't intended to distract you from the actual wrestling; which is quite good. I remember a couple months ago; Russo and "The Truth" were discussing "what's right" in regards to who gets the belt. They touched on an issue that was relevant to real life. Something on how if you had a kid who's being bullied, would you want him to just sit back and take that shit? Or go do something about it and take action.
That one little, five minute promo, had more flavour than any of this WWE shit. It may not have been a super hardcore gimmick, but it was a story, and one that was relevant to life, something everyone could relate to. Not some miss-cariage because a psychopath fell onto a woman.
Though, TNA really isn't about the hardcore gimmicks. It's about THE POOOOUNNNCEEEE!! And crazy bitches doing elite shit.

I only live about 35-40 mins from Cobb County.
And yes like MKGeek said, another classic has left us.

OH MAN! Not another one. DAMN! This is truly sad! I loved that guy even when he was a heel. I think his weight probably contributed to his death, but this is another example of wrestlers needing to take better care of themselves.

That is very sad news to hear. As a long time 24 year WWE fan I feel like Big Bossman was in his way, an icon of the times. Very sad indeed. A moment of silence on Smackdown! tonight is for sure in order.
I've liked him all throughout his career...he was actually a popular good guy back in the late 80s, early 90s...shame his career went down when he became a heel...but his work has always been consistent
I will never forget him twirl that baton in his hands at lightning speeds, I always tried to copy him when I was younger...and after my experience, it definitely was a remarkable talent in its own right
