Hey guys, I plan on releasing a beta stage vash_15 by the end of the weekend (I hope I have the time) but I was wondering. For the story, how would you feel if it was the result of something like, MKO becoming something like an MMO, and being thrown into utter chaos with corruption and madness, and the playable characters are the last ones with the power to stop it? If you don't like it I'm open to ideas.

Base it on MKO Armageddon XD

Here's something a bit... simpler:

The most hyped MK game of all time is about to be released. On the eve prior to the release, the MKO servers are being bogged down by thousands of visiting noobs, all posting random noobish shit.

The admins, powerless to stop the onslaught of noobliness, have recruited several members as temporary mods. However, only one mod will be able to log on (due to the busy server), so they must all do battle to see who will log in and reshape MKO in their own, twisted, vision.

Kinda dull, I know. But its an idea.

I like the MMO idea because we got good reason why the characters have got powers. So that should stay

Everything else we need to mix and match ideas.

Well, howabout, with the new MKO MMO, many members rejected the idea and left, while other left after the invasion of noobs. With that, many members from the "golden age" of MKO are gone, but the most recognized and powerful ones (the playable ones) are still around, and have been given power by the 2 most powerful ADMINs still around, Pink_Ranger and ~Crow~, the power to return MKO to it's rightful state based on what they see fit.

Mortal Kombat Online is about to undergo a massive update. What once just a Mortal Kombat forum will soon become a huge, sprawling MMO. But, fearing that this will bring a giant influx of noobs, most of the sites most dedicated users have left.

The last remaining users have been given early access to the new game, and have been tasked with introducing the newbs to the world of MKO, and to decide on how this MMO should be run. However, someone has hacked the game and made it so that if your character dies, you'll be banned from the site... forever.

Knowing this, the users have decided to have a violent free-for-all, with the winner deciding on the future of MKO. The admins, though fully able to stop the battle, had vowed not to interfere with the users decisions for the site. Still, a few have dropped their admin status in order to enter the fray, and perhaps dissuade the users from killing one-another...

Actually, I was doing all of that, except for the "remaining members get special pwoers" not diggin that. But yeah, I've been making the comic for it. Yes, the prologue will eb a sprite comic. And the plot was basically the same as that.

Yeah, by powers I meant "priveleges" Anyway, working on part 2 of the comic now. I'm making a seperate thread for it in the fan submission forum because although it's a tie in, it doesn't pertain to the MUGEN project. So it would be unneeded clutter getting lsot in this thread. I'm hoping to get the first 3 parts up tonight

Sorry for the double post, but theres been a problem with part 3 of the comic, and I REFUSE to only release parts 1 and 2. So yeah, sorry, they won't be up until at elast Friday ebcause of Yom Kippur.

No update, no beta, sorry, busy week. I'll DEFINITELY have a beta by next week. But I leave you with this, the teaser aka part 1 to the comic, which I've had, once I make part 3, expect the comic to be in the Fan Submission forum
